Deleting Your Account
You may request to delete your Dvaari account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and will result in the loss of all information associated with your account, including:
- Personal data (name, email, phone number, address)
- Usage history and activity logs
- Uploaded content, preferences, and settings
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Sign In: Log in to your Dvaari account on your device.
- Access Account Settings: Navigate to the account settings section.
- Delete Account: Select the 'Delete Account' option and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after your request is processed.
If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can contact us directly to request account deletion.

Data Retention After Deletion
After your account is deleted:
- We will remove your personal data from active systems within 30 days of confirmation.
- Residual copies may remain in backup storage for a limited period consistent with our backup retention policy.
- Certain data may be retained for legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or other purposes as permitted by law.
Revoking Consent
By deleting your account, you also withdraw any consent previously provided for data processing. Your personal data will no longer be used for marketing, analytics, or other purposes not required by law.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover your data.
- If you use Dvaari through a third-party service (e.g., Google or Apple), deleting your Dvaari account does not delete data held by the third-party service.
- We reserve the right to retain certain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
